H.4 – Hydraulic test presses up to 10MN

Hydraulic test presses of the H. 4 series in the design up to 10MN are designed for mechanical tests in pressure and bending of steel plates, concrete blocks, beams and other components. The basic equipment of the machine includes a central quiet and economical hydraulic drive of the HAS series.

  • Modular design of machines for pressure tests – series 00, bending tests – series 01 or combined tests – series 02.
  • HAS series compact hydraulic units packs with low noise level <65 dB.
  • HALT 18 hydraulic unit diagnostics controlled by TOUCH LCD SIEMENS as standard.
  • Control of hydraulic cylinder movement by proportional valve in time loop.
  • Test&Motion software can be used for simple machine control via the RMCi display or for complete evaluation and test control.
  • The H.4 series machines comply with all the above-mentioned EC directives on machinery and equipment and work in accordance with the new safety functions according to EN ISO 13850:2015
  • Accuracy in accordance with standards: EN 12390-4, ASTM C 39, EN ISO 7500-1.
  • The control of the machine is performed by measuring and control electronics of the EDCi series with a sampling frequency of 2.5 kHz. Analog signal resolution level ± 250,000 divisions.
  • Integration of various pushing and bending jigs according to standards.
