We emphasize clearly defined rules, traceability of individual delivery steps and balanced setting of rights and obligations of both parties, which creates a solid foundation for a long-term partnership.

The terms also reflect the nature of our deliveries – i.e. highly specialized testing equipment and automated systems – and are set to ensure their reliable operation, long service life and maximum utility value for the customer, while maintaining a high degree of process certainty and minimizing risks on the part of both the manufacturer and the customer.
