Welded steel structure – extremely strong frame resistant to long-term mechanical stress. FEM optimization – structure designed using finite element calculations for ideal distribution of forces and stresses. Modular frame with a length of 3000 mm – the main axis of the system consisting of a basic segment and two consoles. Console system – prepared for various types of drives (electromechanical, hydraulic, lever). Damping elements – silent blocks or rubber inserts with vibration absorption efficiency over 80%, optionally fixed with anchor bolts. Protective trough – integrated cover of the lower part of the frame, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the workspace. Fixing holes with hardened inserts – 300 mm (axis-axis), for safe and flexible attachment of accessories in dynamic and static mode. Preparation for safety covers – the frame is prepared for easy installation of safety covers according to standards and customer requirements.
