Semi-automatic Vertical Balancing Machine VSTest designed for balancing leitrades. The balancing machine has a fully automatic cycle, i.e. it detects an imbalance, corrects it by welding a weight to a precisely defined place, and performs a control measurement. The machine operator only inserts and removes the parts.

- Loading of the welding weights using ROBOTA UR5 from interchangeable trays for multiple types of weights

- Clamping of parts – pneumatic with automatic centering and easy collet replacement
- Machine calibration in accordance with ISO 21940-21
- Destination – AUTOMOTIVE
- Control of the machine via touch screen LCD and PC with BALANCERTest – BASIS software in the base of the machine.
