Over the course of almost 30 years of our existence, we have become specialists in mechanical testing of components for AUTOMOTIVE exteriors, i.e. body panels, body welds, lights, jacks, etc. for the VW, ŠKODA, HYUNDAI, etc. groups. Our machines are primarily used for input and continuous inspections and, thanks to their accuracy and speed, they reveal inhomogeneity of materials, processes and parts.

AUTOMOTIVE SHOCK ABSORBER TESTING – LabTest EP 6.10-100-2 SYSTEM
Description:
The LabTest EP 6.10-100-2 testing machine is a top-of-the-line device for dynamic testing of shock absorbers and suspensions. It combines high performance, low energy consumption and easy installation, making it ideal for development and quality control. The device reaches a frequency of up to 150 Hz and allows optimization to 15 Hz at a stroke of ±50 mm. The measurement speed ranges from 0.05 to 1.0 m/s, optionally up to 1.5 m/s. The automatic crosshead set-up controlled by PLC ensures easy and flexible setup. The upper sample mounting is solved by threaded or conical inserts, the lower one by a clamping crosshead. . The DYNTest software provides an intuitive interface for control, data acquisition and analysis, thus ensuring efficient testing of shock absorber performance and safety.

HIGH SPEED SHOCK ABSORBER TESTING – LabTest 6.125H.5 SYSTEM
Description:
These systems enable testing at speeds of up to 20 m/s and accelerations of 500 m/s², i.e. in conditions corresponding to accidents, crash tests or extreme operational stress. This is when phenomena arise that static tests do not reveal, yet fundamentally affect the safety and service life of products. The key advantage is not only high speed, but the combination of extreme dynamics with precise measurement and high repeatability of results. The frame, hydraulic system and measuring electronics form a synchronously working unit. The automatic crossbar set-up controlled by a PLC ensures quick setup. DEEP-DRAWN SHEET METAL TESTING – ŠKODA AUTO REFERENCE LABORATORY
Description:
The electromechanical testing machine LabTest 6.100 is designed for comprehensive evaluation of the formability of metal sheets according to EN ISO 6892-1, ISO 16842 and EN ISO 20482 standards. It enables precise tensile, biaxial tensile and indentation tests. It is equipped with Test&Motion+ software with relevant modules, clamping jaws with pressure regulation for various surface treatments and deformation measurement using strain gauges or video strain gauges. It automatically evaluates the parameters of plastic anisotropy (r) and strain hardening (n). Easy installation of the fixtures and compliance with EN 7500-1 and EN 9351 standards ensure universal use in laboratories and testing rooms.
