New testing system from LABORTECH for static and dynamic tests up to 3 MN

LABORTECH introduces a new testing system designed for static and dynamic testing of connecting links, bow shackles, shackles, and other lifting and lashing components.

The system enables static testing up to 3,000 kN and dynamic testing up to 1,600 kN at a frequency of 5 Hz with an amplitude of ±2.5 mm. Its unique gripping jaw design ensures reliable specimen clamping and highly repeatable test results across a wide range of components.

Special attention has also been paid to operational efficiency. The machine features easy crosshead adjustment, convenient specimen handling, quick replacement of jaw inserts, and straightforward calibration in accordance with EN ISO 7500-1.

Maximum operator safety is ensured by a robust dual protective enclosure with electric actuation, designed for both static and dynamic testing. The safety system complies with the requirements of EN ISO 13849-1, providing safe operation even during tests involving extreme loads.

This new system further demonstrates LABORTECH’s ability to deliver specialized solutions for the most demanding applications in the testing of lifting and lashing components.
