Test&Motion+ BASIC: Software that pushes the boundaries of testing. For more than 30 years, we have been involved in the development of leading-edge software that helps increase productivity and quality of testing in test rooms and laboratories around the world. Test&Motion+ BASIC is an intelligent, intuitive and powerful tool designed to speed up, make more accurate and easier the performance of mechanical property tests of materials in tension, compression, bending and torsion. The software is fully compliant with international standards EN, ISO, DIN, ASTM and GOST.

Test&Motion+ BASIC offers an unlimited number of test methods and a modular library system for standardized tests. It allows you to evaluate parameters such as maximum force, strength, elongation or tension according to the selected module. Real-time graphs can be processed individually, displayed in bulk or viewed online up to six graphs simultaneously. The software supports data reception from peripheral devices such as calipers, micrometers or extensometers, and data acquisition from analog and digital measuring instruments. Advanced control includes hydraulic and pneumatic jaws, automatic extensometers and temperature systems.
Automatic results storage can be easily exported to formats such as ASCII, EXCEL, WORD or Q-DAS. Statistical evaluation of data and graphs with a wide selection of methods is also available. The software supports 12 language versions, including Czech, English, German and Chinese, and offers customization of user rights and operator login for safe operation.

MAIN USER INTERFACE
Test&Motion+ offers an intuitive and clear user interface that simplifies the operator’s work and increases testing efficiency. The main control panel provides quick access to all key software functions. Users can customize the screen layout according to their preferences and save it for future use. The multilingual environment supports up to 12 languages, which allows easy operation in international laboratories. Specific access rights can be set for each user, ensuring data security and protection against unauthorized changes. The interface includes a graphical display of tests in real time, the ability to simultaneously monitor up to six graphs with arbitrary values on the axes. Thanks to clear visualizations and easy navigation, the software is suitable for a wide range of applications, from basic tests to complex analyses.

TAKING THE TEST
The test execution in Test&Motion+ is fully automated and intuitive. The software allows easy test start with one button, while all steps are controlled according to pre-selected parameters. During the test, data is displayed in real time, which allows immediate control of the test progress. Graphical display of up to six quantities on the x and y axes makes it easy to monitor even complex tests. For dynamic tests, the software supports online analysis and immediate adjustment of parameters as needed. To ensure safety, all steps are performed according to strict setup rules and standardized procedures. Module ME 12 – Tensile testing of metallic materials according to ISO 6892-1
The ME 12 module in the Test&Motion Plus application offers an advanced solution for tensile testing of metallic materials according to ISO 6892-1. This test is performed at room temperature and allows for the accurate determination of parameters such as yield strength, tensile strength, deformation and Young’s modulus. The test can be performed using two methods: deformation-controlled (Method A) or force-controlled (Method B).
The module includes tools for setting input values such as test speeds or yield criteria, and enables automatic detection of key material characteristics. The results include detailed values for the stress, elongation and deformation properties of the test specimen. Testing can be customized using preset or manually entered parameters.

Module KU 1 – Tensile test of plastics according to EN ISO 527-1
The KU 1 module within the Test&Motion Plus application allows for precise tensile testing of plastics and plastic compounds according to EN ISO 527-1. This method provides the determination of key parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength, breaking strength, corresponding forces and deformations, elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio.
The test includes advanced input value settings, including elongation measurement, deformation limit criteria and test speed control. The results include a wide range of parameters such as maximum load, yield stress or deformation at break. The module allows automatic parameter detection or manual setting of specific values according to the user’s needs. Testing is performed using an extensometer or a crosshead and includes the ability to detect changes in sample width for calculating Poisson’s ratio.

UZD Module 2 – Long-term compression and tension test
The UZD 2 module in the Test&Motion Plus application allows you to perform long-term tests of the strength of materials in compression and tension with the possibility of programming up to 20 steps at different speeds and delay times. This module is designed for testing materials while simulating long-term loading under controlled conditions.
It offers precise settings of test parameters, including acceleration, release and delay between individual steps. Up to a million data records can be stored, which ensures detailed analysis of the test process. The user can customize the test at any time, for example by changing the steps or speed during testing.
Test results include maximum load, deformations, sample dimensions and other key parameters. The module supports both tensile and compression tests and allows continuous monitoring and data storage. This tool is ideal for research and industrial applications requiring high accuracy and long-term reliability of results.
