The new range of LabTest universal testing machines with a new design, new more accurate and more powerful actuators and control units are designed for mechanically testing tension, compression, bending, torsion and shear stress of samples as well as whole products. They are used for the quality control of products during the input and output controls of goods and materials in engineering, construction and automotive industries, as well as research and development. The new range of machines is characterized by a highly rigid frame and mechanical resistance. LABORTECH offers these new machines in an electromechanical design up to 1,600 kN or a hydraulic design called the H-series, which can provide a maximum test strength of 6,000 kN. H-series machines are manufactured with several modifications for static tests, dynamic tests, and axial torsion tests etc.

ELECTROMECHANICAL testing machines
The new range of LabTest electromechanical testing machines is designed for static testing of materials and complete samples for tension, compression, bending, shear stress and torsion to the maximum strength of 1,600 kN. The test strength is exerted via an AC servomotor, which has a high dynamic and speed control in the range of 0.00005 to 1,500 mm/min. They are used for the quality control of products during input and output controls of goods and materials in engineering, construction and automotive industries, as well as research and development. Our product range includes single-column and dual-column machines with standard dimensions as well as extended and enhanced versions of the machines.
SERVO-HYDRAULIC testing machines – H-series

CREEP TEST testing machines for long-term testing – C-series
LABORTECH offers special CREEP TEST testing machines for long-term testing intended for determining creep or stress relaxation in the material. These machines in the range 6.xxx.C can carrying out tests at a constant temperature of up to 1,200 °C, where any deformation is recorded at specified time intervals. The constant load is exerted in these machines by a special low-speed AC drive with high durability, weight or constant spring via a lever mechanism. These machines can be used with a load time of up to 10,000 hours.
